2828 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services on the 2828 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 2828 platform (including the website at https://2828.click, the mobile app and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the management of the 2828 platform ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 2828 platform is available only to users who:
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Located within a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gaming activities;
- Register using information that is truthful, accurate and complete;
- Not a citizen or permanent resident of any country where online gaming participation is prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via a notice on the website or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 2828 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, phone number, date of birth and banking details — is accurate and up to date. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and the rejection of any pending withdrawals.
Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 2828 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
User Responsibilities
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
- Not attempt to hack, modify or interfere with the platform's systems;
- Not use automation software, bots or any other unauthorised methods to play;
- Treat other users and platform support staff with respect;
- Comply with all game rules and promotional terms as stipulated.
Payments, Transactions and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 2828 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and internet banking with supported Malaysian banks. The platform does not accept deposits via third-party credit cards or any method not listed under the Deposit section of your account.
Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts are subject to limits set from time to time. Deposit credits are typically processed within minutes upon bank confirmation. 2828 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your 2828 account. Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and may take up to 24 business hours to process in certain cases. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal in order to meet compliance requirements.
Bonus Wagering Terms
All bonuses and promotions claimed are subject to the wagering requirements stated separately in the relevant promotion details. Winnings derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met in full. The platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Platform Liability
The 2828 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no warranty that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall the platform's liability to any user exceed the account balance held by that user at the time of the claim.
The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, cyberattacks or third-party system failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2828 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code — is the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing or exploiting any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may include links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 2828 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access these links at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
The 2828 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document;
- Confirmed fraud or collusion;
- Attempting to manipulate the system or any games;
- Providing false registration information;
- Money laundering activities or suspicious transactions;
- Requests by relevant authorities.
If a suspension occurs due to a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If no violation is found, the valid balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit method.
Voluntary Closure
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account can contact 2828 customer support via email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any eligible balance will be refunded before the account is fully closed.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 2828 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
The platform will notify users of any material changes to these Terms & Conditions at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances that require immediate action to protect the safety of the platform and its users.
